Our gourmet stuffed Crispies are made on an authentic APAM BALIK stovetop from Malaysia. Apam Balik, as they're known in Malaysia are a thin, crispy, crêpe like pancake also called kue leker, or 曼煎粿. These roadside treats are a popular quick snack throughout Southeast Asia. 

Our Crispies are super thin and packed with some awesome sweet or savory fillings.
